At Electrum Tattoo Supply & Wholesale, we stand behind the quality of our professional products and offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items to ensure your shop stays stocked with the best tools. For hygiene and safety reasons, sterile items such as needles and inks must remain in their original factory-sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all factory seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Electrum

  Affix your return label and the RMA number to the outside of the box and ship the package back to our distribution center using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
